The sleeping snake
Tantra literally means "to expand" (Tan) and "instrument" (Tra). It is therefore the instrument or method for expansion and extension. Tantra can also be understood as "weaving". The universe is seen as a network in which everything is interwoven. Tantra sees the universe as an interplay of consciousness (Shiva) and divine energy (Shakti). They complement each other and are one.
In order to open up to higher levels of consciousness, Tantra uses numerous practices from Kundalini Yoga, the yoga of energies, such as working with the chakras.
Through these practices, the sleeping Kundalini energy, which lies dormant in the area of the root chakra in the form of a coiled snake in every human being, is to be awakened in order to open the human being to the higher truth.
A river
Through tantric practices, our self can expand and grow. We can gain new experiences - rediscover ourselves. Dissolve traumas that cover up our true self. It is like clearing stones out of the way that are blocking a river. The big stones are difficult and it takes time and requires some effort. But then it gets easier and easier. The water can no longer be stopped and the stones come loose more and more easily and are washed away in the current. The river flows freely and is bubbling full of vitality. Your energy - your life flow can flow freely and break through.
Verehrung des Seins
In Tantra, the human body is not seen as a mere physical shell in which suffering and pain are experienced, but as a temple of the divine. Tantra teachings consciously include the body instead of transcending it. There is no shame - in Tantra the entire body is worshipped.
You are the focus of this ritual. Let yourself be touched - allow yourself to be touched - on all levels.
"Tantra says, accept yourself as you are. You are a great mystery made up of many multidimensional energies. Accept that and follow each energy with sensitivity, with awareness, with love, with understanding. Move with it! Then every wish becomes a stepping stone to go beyond it. Then every energy becomes a help. And then this world is nirvana, then this body is a temple - a holy temple, a holy place."

Accept what IS
In tantric practice we meet each other with respect and mindfulness. We cross thresholds, but we do not cross any boundaries. Always keep your boundaries and respect the boundaries of your counterpart.
We always go with the present, you should always listen to your inner voice Do not pay attention to the past and do not worry about the future. The present is the only time that is real.
